From Perth town centre : so near the Perth city centre - 10 mins walk, couple mins by car

1 Leave town following signs for Stirling and Glasgow.
2 After Perth Leisure Pool on left and Lidl store on right continue straight on at roundabout.
3 Follow road for 100yds passing exit for Rose Crescent on right.
4 Look for Marlehall Bed & Breakfast sign a further 50yds or so on right.

 

From Edinburgh Airport : on main entry route from motorway

1 Follow directions for Forth Road Bridge – have £1 ready to pay for toll.
2 Follow M90 till junction 10 (about 30 mls) where you exit taking the left lane signsposted Stirling, Inverness, Crianlarich (IGNORE the sign for Perth at this point).
3 At major roundabout (Broxden) take 3rd exit for Perth .
4 Follow this road into residential area (straight ahead at both mini roundabouts) and continue for about 1ml. Look for Lovat Hotel on right handside. Then look left for Marlehall Bed & Breakfast sign approx 50yds beyond the hotel.

 

From Glasgow Airport : on main entry route from motorway

1 Follow directions to M8 East and then for Stirling / Perth .
2 After travelling on this road for about an hour you reach Broxden Roundabout on the outskirts of Perth taking the 2nd exit for Perth.
3 Follow this road into residential area (straight ahead at both mini roundabouts) and continue for about 1ml. Look for Lovat Hotel on right handside. Then look left for Marlehall Bed & Breakfast sign approx 50yds beyond the hotel.

 

From Rosyth Ferry Terminal : on main entry route from motorway

1 Follow directions for M90 Perth / Dundee .
2 Follow M90 till junction 10 (about 30 mls) where you exit taking the left lane signsposted Stirling, Inverness, Crianlarich (IGNORE the sign for Perth at this point).
3. At major roundabout (Broxden) take 3rd exit for Perth .
